The Pittsburgh Penguins are lead by a core of young players including Sidney Crosby, Evgeni Malkin, Ryan Malone, Jordan Staal and the recently acquired Marian Hossa. With a healthy Marc-Andre Fleury in goal and journeyman (but effective) Ty Conklin waiting in the wings for his moment the Penguins seem poised to make a deep run in the playoffs.
